IAC and LOC Meeting (night of the 1st day) International Advisory committee and Local Organizing Committee joint meeting will be held on the 13th/Oct/2008 Monday 19:00-21:00 at traditional Japanese restaurant “Kamotei” close to the Tsukuba mountain, there will be a special shuttle bus going to the place. There will be some discussions on past, this and future ATHIC meetings. Student Meeting (night of the 1st day) A social and/or scientific special meeting for students will be held on the 13th/Oct/2008 Monday 19:00-21:00. Light meal and drinks are served. Social Program Reception Party Reception will be held on the 12th/Oct/2008 Sunday 18:00-20:00 at “Hotel Okura Honkan (Main building) ” 11th floor (top floor) at bar-lounge “Continental”. Light meal and drinks are served. Registration desk will be opened there, too. Please note that this is a building close to the Tsukuba Center and is different from the “Hotel Okura Epochal” where some of you are staying. Banquet (Conference Dinner; night of the 2nd day) Banquet will be held on the 14th/Oct/2008 Tuesday 19:00-21:00 at “Okura Frontier Hotel Annex 1st floor (next to the Main building)” at the big party room “Subaru”. Conference dinner and drinks are served. There will be some entertainments, too.
